The transaction, which was advised by igc partners, will strengthen e-Vertical’s presence in the national market, who will then be able to offer its technology solutions, centered in boosting efficiency, to more than 3,100 customers of the GPS Group, and to complement its portfolio with the services from the various companies that are part of the GPS Group, thus increasing its customers’ service.
 
e-vertical's current partners and executives will remain in charge of the company's management.

With over 20 years of experience, the Services Group specializes in Customer Experience management and has an annual growth of about 30%. The group is known for having created the first 100% digital contact center in Brazil in 2016. Driven by its proprietary technology, Services Group has one of the most award-winning Artificial Intelligences in the market, as well as a widely recognized culture focused on delivering unique experiences to customers, employees, and consumers.
 
Webhelp is a global provider of customer experience and business solutions headquartered in France, operating 213 sites in 58 countries, with more than 110,000 employees worldwide. 
 
The acquisition of the Services Group, which was advised by igc partners, will drive Webhelp's growth, particularly in its digital CX capabilities, and expand its geographic footprint in a relevant and growing market.

MOVE3 Group and Sequoia Logística e Transporte (SEQL3) have merged their operations.

The agreement marks the creation of the largest private small package delivery company in Brazil.

MOVE3 Group was a pioneer in creating a logistical ecosystem that aims to provide technological solutions for fast and efficient deliveries through its network of companies that handle the entire logistics process of deliveries and product storage.

Sequoia (SEQL3) is a publicly traded company on the Brazilian stock exchange specializing in small package transportation and logistics solutions.

The deal comes amidst Sequoia's financial restructuring, leveraging the combined company's operation and creating a market-leading private entity, with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency.

igc partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to MOVE3 Group in the transaction with Sequoia Logística e Transporte (SEQL3).

A Geradora was acquired by Loxam

The operation stood out as one of the largest equipment rental company transactions in recent years.

A Geradora, established in 1989, is a leading company in Brazil's power generation rental market. With a strong fleet of high-quality equipment focused on backup and off-grid power solutions, A Geradora operates through 15 branches strategically located across the country. The company has a diverse customer base spanning various industries and employs approximately 650 individuals, with its headquarters in Salvador, Bahia.

This acquisition solidifies Loxam's position in the Brazilian equipment rental market. Together, these operations are expected to generate combined pro-forma revenue of BRL 450m (approximately EUR 85 million) for Loxam in Brazil in 2022. With a consolidated network of 42 branches nationwide, Loxam will have an extensive reach and improved proximity to customers.

The completion of the transaction is contingent upon the fulfillment of specific conditions and is anticipated to occur in the upcoming weeks.

IGC Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor for A Geradora's second transaction, which followed the first in 2010, when the private equity fund Angra Partners joined the company.

The deal stands out as one of the largest transactions ever performed by a Search Fund in Brazil, an investment vehicle that has been growing exponentially every year.
 
APS provides solutions in electrical technologies, as one of the largest ABB partners in Latin America. With more than 20 years in the market, APS performs consultive sales with high added value, offering solutions in medium and low voltage, electric motors, drivers and automation, winning recognition from the largest industrial players in Brazil. The company operates engineering projects, performs products distribution and offers maintenance services, with a diversified portfolio and expertise available to its customers.

Ducato Capital is a Brazilian Search Fund, supported by investors from eight different countries, including Brazil, USA, Spain and Israel, who strongly believe in the growth potential of the Brazilian Economy in the next decades. Ducato's investment model encompasses long-term perspectives, investment for business expansion and the ongoing legacy built by APS founders.

The acquisition of APS Componentes, which was advised by igc partners, will allow the company to keep growing in a sustainable way in several industrial segments of the Brazilian economy.

GEF Capital Partners (GEF) completes a minority investment in Automalógica

The investment, combined with GEF's know-how in the sector, will further strengthen the performance of Automalógica, a leading company in its sub-segment of solutions for operations and monitoring of renewable energy plants.

Automalógica, a company focused on developing and delivering technological solutions for operation and efficiency gains for the electricity sector, received an investment from GEF, a global Private Equity fund focused on climate solutions with more than 600 million dollars under management dedicated to sustainable investments.

Founded in 2006, Automalógica is a technology and engineering company that has become a reference in the supply of systems used by the main companies in the Brazilian electrical sector, including energy distributors, transmitters, and energy generation. Its solutions are used to supervise, control, and protect substations and to operate and monitor wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric power plants, totaling more than 28GW of installed capacity, more than half of all the centralized wind and solar generation in the country.

Automalógica’s transaction, which was advised by igc partners, meets GEF's strategy for sustainable investments in the renewable energy and energy efficiency segment.
